Before working with Robyn I had put on a total of 18 kilos from honeymoon bliss and a first pregnancy. After the safe arrival of our little girl I was feeling very self conscious and my confidence was low. Robyn came to the rescue with so much support, knowledge and wiliness to research the possibilities for my situation. After a natural birth I had suffered with first degree tearing and bruising, a 5cm split in my abdominal muscles as well as a mild prolapsed uterus.

 

With great attention to detail, and watching how my body reacted to certain exercises, Robyn tailor made a life style program with food and training that supported my new responsibilities as a mum. With an emphasis to beginning with physio (and also consulting with my post natal physiotherapist), pelvic floor exercises and clean eating I lost 9.5 kilos in the first 3 months. As well as closing the gap in my abdominal muscles and strengthening my pelvic floor muscles back to a condition where I was no longer in pain.

 

I feel fantastic, have so much energy and have a spring in my step, which is so important in being the best mother I can be for my little girl, especially on those sleepless nights. I have a new confidence and empowerment from feeling in control of my outcomes. All due to Robyn's guidance, her ability to teach the skills and techniques necessary to reaffirm willpower and understand the power of clean food and the way the body reacts.

 

I know that Robyn is there for me every step of the way, she understands the body and how it works, and is fantastic at explaining it all to me. a holistic view to health and well being is how I describe Robyn's philosophy. Robyn listens intently to me as a client and I feel understood and completely respected in the whole process.

 

I have lost 15 kilograms in 6 months, thank you Robyn!

Robyn Jackson is truly an exceptional coach. I have not met many trainers who I am inspired by in so many ways. After my initial session with her in the Chic Shed, I knew immediately that I had found a new mentor in my life.

For me personally, what I look for in a coach is someone with experience, integrity and compassion. Robyn covers all of this and so much more.

 

My goals with Robyn are for me to get back up on the competitive fitness stage and dominate with a strong, healthy, defined figure, building muscle maturity and sculpting the ideal female shape.

 

Training at The Chic Shed has allowed me to reconnect with my passion for training and fitness, challenge my discipline and most of all work towards the winning, strong and sexy bikini body I've always aimed for.

I know whatever curve ball has been thrown at me, Robyn will be there as my personal trainer but also as my mentor to push me beyond my limits and succeed as competitor within the industry.

 

I highly recommend Robyn if you are at all considering competition, with her experience and winning track record, you will no doubt know you are in the hands of a true champion. She understands ALL the ups and downs of preparing for competition, there is nothing she hasn't been through herself! Robyn is a true professional, and results are an absolute guarantee.

RENEE

Robyn is my trainer, my neighbour and my friend. I think I might have even been the very first Chic to start in the Chic shed. I find Robyns training approach to be gentle yet very motivating and focused. You would never hear her shouting at you from the side “COME ON” yet, I think I have achieved more in the shed and out of the shed because of her ability to push me with strength and cardio, because I believe she understands when I have the potential to go that extra bit further.

 

Robyn is an extremely understanding person who is able to think on her feet and adapt training sessions to suit your needs and situations as they arise at the last minute (eg. sore shoulder, sleepless night with babies, feeling flat). I can not recommend the services of this Head Chic more-I have seen great results after working with her for a year, and I enjoy my sessions and most importantly feel energised and pumped after them.

 

I also feel very comfortable talking to Robyn about diet, changes in diet, nutrition and anything really! I think I even asked her advice on what to wear before I a 10km fun run once! I think her extensive background in fitness certainly plays a huge part in the advice that she gives - I enjoy my talks with her as much as the training sessions themselves. Thankyou very much for all your efforts Robyn, they are very much appreciated.
