Your initial consultation is free of charge.

30 minute personal training session
(30 minute sessions are advised if you are 
training more than once a week)

45 minute personal training session
(45 minute sessions are advised if you are once to twice a week)

60 minute personal training session
(60 minute sessions are advised when you are 
training once a week or casually)

Optimal life performance consultation
(60 minute consultation including Inbody570 Body Scan and ongoing support for initial 4-6week testing phase)

As a fully qualified personal trainer, specialising in outdoor group fitness Monika will make sure your fitness and lifestyle goals are at hands reach!

 

With a background in professional dance, competitive bikini sculpting and currently undertaking her Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine, health and fitness has always been a top priority for Monika. She's here to super boost your energy levels and get you jumping out of bed for your outdoor Chic Shred sessions!

 

Focusing on increasing cardiovascular capacity, strengthening your body and creating a safe and social environment, Monika will make sure each and every session is exciting  and always fresh.  With the use of top quality equipment and safe instruction, you can be assured your sessions won't be military style, but rather leave you wanting more.  It's time to shred!
